Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

• Customers may cancel their order prior to dispatch. Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or bank account used at the time of purchase. Refund processing timelines may vary according to the customer’s payment provider or issuing bank.

Returns & Exchanges (Post-Delivery)

• For all return or exchange requests initiated after delivery, a ₹250 processing and handling fee is applicable.
